How Wet do you get in a Roadster?

Looking for a rod that I can drive in all weathers so have been kinda discounting roadsters. Bit of an obvious question but with the top up and wind deflectors etc, how waterproof can you make them? Did roadsters ever have windows that wound up to meet the hood when up? Cheers!
    '32 or '34 3 or 5 window wanted.

You can't ,they leak through every orrifice as stnadard and then a few more after being modified . I made aroof for one of mine, never used it .If you regard it as a 4 wheel motorbike and dress accordingly you're fine, driving a roadster is more an attitude of mind that anything . Wives will normally complain, girlfriends don't
    Rodder through passion not fashion.

My missus used to always get wet in a roadster......... but I think that was down to the vibration of a throbbing V8 engine.

Move here to New Mexico cos it doesn't rain.
Been between 110 and 115 for about a week now, so sick of the constant sunshine and blue skies, I want rain

Part of the definition of a roadster is that it doesn't have wind up windows.
