Looking into this at the moment, I have also had RCJ recommended, spoke them they reckon thier prices start from about 350 for a Bumper. (is that good, bad, I dunno).. Also had London Chroming (Old Kent Road SE15) recommended and am waiting for prices but expect them to be higher.
Am really interested to find out if there are good chromers in Essex.

Hockleys plating was really good, my rear bumper lasted well.
But their preperation always let them down; polishing was half-hearted and clumsy. Parts often came back damaged.

Yep thats right sometimes ok sometimes not so good. I had some side window frames for the Nomad chromed and they drilled a hole in them dont know why .guess to hang them up with . But they are good value i think.

Had some work done at Kings many moons ago. Only complaint was that the chrome started to peel on the I beam axle after a couple of years even though it had been kept in the airing cupboard for most of that time!

The other bits were fine though.
Turning good parts into scrap since 1984
