    I saw this truck at the Supernats on Sunday. As it looked vaguely familiar I checked some old snaps and found it on a Chelsea cruise set from May or June 1990. It was yellow then with a wooden pickup bed.

    Nice to know more about it...

    Originally built by Ken Stamp, one of only 3 Jago pick ups that I can remeber hitting the street, Steve Smith from Jagos built another (no idea where that is ) and Nigel Lucks old one from Brighton way, ran a Daimler V8 .

    Didn't Derek (?) Hicks build a powder blue full fendered one with a V6? What about Paul Burnham's diesel one and the matt black smallblock Ford one that Roland's wife had?

    I should have qualified it with 'back in the day '. Also Big Al ( Importracer) one as well recently.

    I know Ken Stamps was painted white about 10 years back and in the hands of Mick Causton.

    Following on from P.H's post;
    I bought the truck from CRAIG on here ( Sorry Craig, I've forgotten your surname)in April 1990 as 1st pic above. Then we changed the p.u. bed to get more space as we were going camping in Spain.
    couple of pics in Spain;

    Later that year outside our flat in London;

    Then another change of style, longer bed .

    More changes, the last pic is in front of Ben Nevis in 1994 when we were househunting on the Isle of Skye;

    I then sold it to Mick (as stated by Kev). It moved on a couple more times before it ended up with Andy Solley (Last of P.H's pics) Who also campaigns this in "Wild bunch";

    Well!! That's all Folks!!
    Charlie!!

    Skye Chapter!
