Oh yes. How or rather, why do Fleabay let them get away with this?

He was listing under a few different user names as well this time. I was looking at beach buggies and the listings were popping up as fast as I was reporting them....right up until ebay emailed me and told me off for reporting too many listings! :****er:

I bid on stuff he sells, i seen one of his bike listings at 60 odd grand the other month and would only sell for 10 tops. When ebay get ****ed off not getting their final value fee of 10% they might take some action.

eBay is so big now it's un policeable.

Apparently the is around 1.3 billion listings.

For the amount of time it's been around, and the scans, you got to be a bit niave to think you're getting any sort of bargain on there.

If you're willing to part with you're hard earned to some bloke who,s on an oil rig, maybe nowadays you're getting you're just desert's.

Better things in life to do than finding eBay scams

I wonder if anyone has ever invoked Section 7 of the 1845 Auctioneers act against E Bay
    https://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga...9/15/section/7
20 quid fine for each offense should be a tidy sum by now. Even if it's got no chance, a well publicized civil complaint would certainly get their attention.
