    LED batten tube light

I am going to the fluorescent tube light in my kitchen which is about 5m by 4m with a LED batten tube light. Not sure whether to go for natural white or cool white. What do you guys use.

I prefer cool white in a kitchen where you need better lighting.

Not quite the same thing, but we put an LED lamp on our landing that had the option to go for one or the other. Cool white was way too stark, so we always switch on warm (natural) white. I suppose it depends what you do in there - if just meal production, washing up etc, cool white; It sounds a large kitchen, so if you sit down and have meals in there maybe natural white.

Thanks for your help guys. Think I will go with Cool White and if that is too bright it can go into the garage and I will get Natural White for the kitchen.

Do you just change the tube or do you have to buy a completely new lamp housing as well?

If you change the tube don't you have to change the wiring.

I dont know if tubes can do this but I bought a number of led bulb fittings that have 3 blades that open out for adjustment (for garage) but the interference with the radio is terrible
