From what I read today, Boris is saying he is prepared to stand on to get the right deal and not be rolled over by the EU. And promising that positive changes like workers rights, which have been implemented in the EU years, will not be eroded. I hope he remains good to his word. Hopefully the big EU companies, like BMW, will pressure the EU not to make trading life hard for them along the way. In the end, the UK firms want to continue to do business with fellow European companies and vice versa. The EU shouldn't be creating obstacles that make life more difficult for them and subsequently for workers in the UK, Germany, France and the rest of Europe, who all just want to earn an honest wage and look after their families. The EU should be an enabler to free trade, not a blocker.

It's pretty academic mate, my point was that all the remain complaining people don't need to be complaining to the Brexiteers but to the "remainers" that couldn't be bothered to vote.....

It is indeed academic. My point is that it's just as ridiculous to say that everybody who didn't vote would have voted to leave, as it is to say how all the non voters would have voted to stay if they had bothered to vote, as the remoaners have been saying since the result came in. What effect non voters would have had means nothing at all, as they didn't bother to vote, as you so rightly point out.

Being pedantic I know, but we have not left yet.

We have only agreed to leave. Actual leaving will take the next 11 months/up to 20 years to achieve.
