Thanks....should have given you a 'well done' as well.
You may know this Zody, but for those that dont, then Google 'NHS BMI chart'. Based on your height and current weight it will show you where you should be.
That was my problem, sounds like I wasnt heavy to start with BUT according to the chart (and the Drs) I was into the 'overweight' section.
Good luck to all of you that are trying to loose those few extra pounds
Any more progress Bob?
Yes steve
I have now managed to lose 26 lbs since the 10th Feb...slowing down abit now .... but still coming off at an avarage of
2 - 3lbs per week :tup::tup:
Well pleased to say the least...I would recommend weight watchers that's for sure :tup:
Great that you've stuck with it, well done.:tup:
Thanks Steve
He has to lol we are both doing really well also you get to eat three times a day I've lost over a stone since I've been on weight watchers !!!!
I think when there's two of you it spurs you each on, each one helps the other. If you've lost a stone as well then the 'team' is working. Welcome to R&S Kazzer. :tup::)
Hey yhanks for that it does make a difference when there are two of you doing it lol !!!!!!!! :cool:
Well done with your weight loss. I need to get back on it! I need to kick myself up the bum a bit.
