Growing a beard.
Hi Kev, hope you are keeping well. It’s a 1959 Meadows Frisky. I’ve had it for 30 years and started the restoration about 14 years ago. Winter time project to take a break from the hot rods. The bodywork was a complete mess, gel cracks everywhere and a big hole cut in the roof. It had been rear ended and the damaged fibreglass screwed to a flattened biscuit tin! Then covered in filler! Hate to think how many hours I’ve put into it, but on the roof alone has been close to 1000 hours!

Sanded/ stained the outside of conservatory, then something out of the norm as I was bored I thought I would shave my beard off first time in about 25years feels weird.
Digging digging digging so far about 12 tones of soil dug out , got all the family at it as I cant do much , still got aching chest and short of breath , but try do a bit and drive my tipper, lucky I can tip at work
same as normal walking to work and welding rusty cars!
at least dick turpin had the decency to wear a mask!
Avoiding the wife mainly. She is working from home didn’t appreciate me dancing behind her with my shirt off amp playing with my nipples while she was on a video call............she accused me of being childish
Only got furloughed this Tuesday and its now only Thursday and I have cut the lawn ,cut the hedge ,painted the fence posts and gravel boards,given all my decking 2 coats of stain, weed killered the drive, lobbed all the lower branches off our palm tree type thing in the garden,disconnected and removed a redundant security light, been and got our click and collect shopping
And the weekend just gone I pressure washed the whole yard the garden furniture and the BBQ ,the sun canopy , you name it I pressure washed it.
Her indoors keeps saying pace your self there Is no need to do everything at once but I hate just sitting around , and as we see this coming we have all the paint /wallpaper etc to decorate the spare room so have a few more days until the jobs run out.
