After being told 3 times over 5 days running that I would be rung back to renew 1 policy and start a new 1 at the same time I gave up and rung RH ins, both cars were in covered in 40 minutes, I think you need new staff..................................

Thank you for giving me the opportunity to talk to you over the phone earlier today.

As discussed I can only apologise openly to you and anyone else that has encountered difficulties in contacting us.
