    Young drivers insurance

    Hi,
Could you please advise as to whether i can can get insured on a lightly modified 1965 Ford Anglia, it has alloy wheels, bonnet scoop, lowered front and bucket seats. the rest is standard i.e 1L engine etc

I have 1 years no claims ,a daily driver and am a member of the NSRA.

I will be 19 years old in December and will have 2 years no claims in February.

Any advice would be much appreciated

NSRA insurance will cover from 18 on modified. 2Yrs NCB will be good for premium too! Go through NSRA site links for options.

Apologies for the exceedingly late response Ive had some major logging on issues that have now been resolved, plus we have had some changes behind the scenes here... This will be announced in a new thread.

But to answer your question the minimum age we can cover as policyholder is 25 years of age. named drivers can be added to a minimum of 21 years of age providing the policyholder is the minimum age of 35 years of age.

Check out footman james or the NSRA scheme as Moosevan has suggested.

    Cheers

    Greg
