    The following pictures may not look like much work has gone on, but it has taken me many weeks of mocking up, measuring, trial and error before finally getting the work done.

    The car is very narrow, and routing the steering column to the rack has been very fiddly. Every time I thought I had it cracked during mocking up, I found a problem elsewhere to sort out.

    Not moaning - I've enjoyed the work and learned lots doing it. Its not the most pretty job, but it has had to be quite heavy duty to supporting the weight of the pedal box and steering column.

    The photos aren't brilliant - and the box section supporting the body shell doesn't help clarity, but I hope it shows what's gone on.
