wilwood do a 1" bore dual circuit master cylinder, i think we keep rebuild kits for them at work https://www.rallydesign.co.uk/produc...ducts_id=25478 which you could use the seals from. if you send your seals to us we can check them for a match, inside diameter will be the decider. if no good we can send them back of course.

After my master cylinder seal leaking. I got it sorted with a little help from Mygasser. Thank you very much for you help.
So I bolted it all together and chased a few leaks. I swear I will never use stainless brake pipes again. Never had so many leaks in a system.
While I had it up on stands I pretty much finished all the bits underneath. Hand brake adjustment, attaching wiring to chassis... That sort of stuff.
And put fuel in the tank. A quick flick of the key and it fired right up. Still need to set timing and float heights and tick over and stuff, but it cant be too far off the way its running.
So today I decided, was the day to drive it.
Out the garage, up the drive and out into the layby outside my house and back. Not far, but the first time its gone anywhere under its own steam.
Pretty exciting stuff for sure. Scary as Hell! Loved it!!!
Anyway..... A few pictures of it back in the garage until I work out how to put a vid up...

And its covered in dust... It hasnt got a white roof....

Not much happened lately. Not been in the garage for about 6 weeks.
Master cylinder still leaks after the seal kit. So I guess there must be bore damage.
Bought another second hand one, but it isnt a bolt on swap when I get it home. bracket to mount it to the chassis needed modifying.
So Im no further forward with brakes.
Im ordering a new cylinder today. And the stainless brake lines will probably be going too. There are still eaking joints.
Also the banjo bolts to the front calipers leak. I bought new crush washes but cant find them..... No idea where I put them.
The rear flex pipes are also leaking where they go into the slave cylinder.
What a pain in the arse these brakes have bean. I have never had so many issues with brakes.
So Im kinda sick of the sight of it at present. Lost all motivation.
Maybe the new part will help when they turn up.

If you use the stainless with the flare & collar setup - US style then they never leak. It's the single/double flares that are the issues. Lubing the flare tool with a bit of brake fluid helps make the flares better/smoother I found.

4th master cylinder arrived and is now fitted.
Social distancing has put a stop to having a mate come round and help bleed the brakes, so I need to convince wifey to give me assistance.
    Watch this space ......
