when i first got my bead roller we drew some pretty tight flames on a bit of zintec. rolled them as beads, looked very cool.

got the dies of ebay, will have a look and see where they came from rog m .

finished up the bead roller tonight, made an adjustable back stop, put on a spring for the top shaft and welded on some t handles .

also got these , skate board wheels and some casket punches to finish the beads

got skate board wheel drilled out but need to have a spacer and a large washer made before i can use it.

nearly time to clean it up and have it powder coated, more soon

The skateboard wheel and tipping die really do give you free reign to let your imagination run wild. Look forward to see what you come up with.

skate board wheel seems to work ok foz, but i think the one i have is to hard so will look for a softer one. any how had a bit of a mess about bead rolling some panels and this is what i have come up with.

and did these for a mates project ( inner boot lid supports)

all the sheet has come for the floors so towards the end of the week should be able to get on it. more soon

well done on the bead roller looks nice and strong now and the cranking wheel looks great i found on mine that the bigger the wheel the more control you get my mate welded his up with no thought of putting steel through it and he is still using the handle supplied (dummy)

    keep it up

finally got on to starting the floors, making up some templates.

the panels in the gearbox tunnel will be laid halfway into the cage so that when they are carpeted you can still see the painted tubes, if you get what i mean. get the templates to work tomorrow so i get get them cut out then i can start beading them up. more at weekend
