finally got it started, had to chop out the CAT 1 Alarm and rig up a separate 12v feed for the ignition as the starter draw is still dropping voltage to 7.8v when cranking. I'll address that but had to get this started to ensure the motor had no issues
Had to get it going on brake cleaner, tweaked the timing and it started pulling fuel through. It was retarded so got hot quite quick, roasted the headers, but then it puked its coolant. I suspect it was just finding it's level and maybe needs a higher pressure cap. It needs to be timed properly, idle set up and cam broken in
Overall happy to get it going and isolated the problems to fix
