what a pain stripping old cars is.
    nothing comes out easy.

still got a couple of days to go i recon befor i can start the build proper

lined the rear end up square on the jig

i do this as its staying and a good reference point for everything else.

this then shows how far out everything else is.
centreline of chassis is centre of hole compared to edge of square which is centre line of chassis jig

wheelbase difference from side to side

    wouldnt worry
think everycar ive had through had wheelbase out side to side.
not sure how far out youde have to be to notice when driving.

the benefit of putting it on the jig is you can get accurate measurements, plus its a nice platform to start from

    final day of stripdown.
originally we were just going to tidy up the standard boxed rails but as bits have been added over the years,it will be cheaper just to start from scratch.
easier as well to make it look neater

found a few bits of rot which ill do befor a start the chassis

    stripped out

    the old stuff
