New project: Bought this a few months ago, as you see it in the pics.
I got it from a guy called Scot from redditch, a few may know him on here as he builds mega Harleys. Scot got the Consul too this stage but decided to let it go to fund his bikes.

that is just sooo cooli love the pro street look i hope you bring it to the nags head car meet when its finished
First thing I wasn't happy with, it had only been two doored by welding up the rear doors. I thought this made the rear 1/4s look way too long.
I decided the b posts only needed moving back 4", any more made the rear side window too small. with the b post back I took a
4" strip from the 1/4 panel and welded the panel back up. next was too split the doors and put the piece from the 1/4 panel in, the rear 1/4s are not as deep as the doors so the piece had to be cut and two fillers added.
Pro streeters are great and the mk2 is a great shape and yours looks awsome, good desision to extend the doors,
Jeff
Injection is nice but I'd rather be Blown
CHARNWOOD CRUISERS
Has the arch been extended rearwards, I think it's that making the 1/4 look long.
How'd the weekend go? Well, at the moment it looks like a dolphin that's been caught in a boats propeller.
Thanks Jeff, whats the score on taking a mould off the doors and doing them in glass?
Billy
Doors welded up.
Inside piece from rear 1/4 was a different shape so had to make up bits to match up.
Filler piece to close 1/4 to b post
