Diet and training advice
Thought I might share with you what works for me to control my weigth.
-Start the day with a large glass of water. That will wake up your stormach and make you hungry. Eat a large oatmeal for breakfast. It will make you hearty for hours.
-Eat fish for dinner at least a couple of days a week.
-Cut down on sugar. I drink a lot of tea. A few years ago I decided to cut sugar in the tea. It took me 14 days with bad tasting tea. After that it tasted good again, and I have never used sugar in the tea after that.
-Coca Cola. I love Coca Cola. Way too much.
I mix it 50/50 with spakling water, reducing the sugar with 50%. Now that I've got used to it, the original tastes too strong and sweet.
-Try not to eat late in the evening.
-I'm often slightly hungry when I go to bed, and it doesn't affect me anymore.
-To walk is a world better than watching TV and a very good start, but when you have done that for a while, jogging should be the next level.
But be aware, the difference between jogging and walking is huge, but just because of that, you should really try.
I'm not a fanatic.
Yes, I do exersice every week, but I have my share of beers in the weekends and like sweeties and chips.
Limiting that stuff to the weekends, tow.

Good judgement comes from experience, and a lot of that comes from bad judgement.
