    NHS recommends losing 2 Ibs a week is a safe bet.
    I started with my Christmas dinner, left half of it and have been careful with my food cutting out a lot of carbohydrate and have shed 3 stone and still going down.

    I have not been to well for the last 2 weeks so I have not even weighed my self.

    But I’m on the mend with the help of antibiotics and lactalose.
    Hope to get back on it after this weekend.

    One thing following a Low carb High healthy fat lifestyle does is as the body is adapting it sometimes reacts with Cold-like symptoms but this is normal for a few weeks until you body adapts to having Fat as it's main energy source. So Darren if you had similar symptoms it could be that. If so, Keep going it gets easier.
