Good Tip Neil.. I'd forgot about those. Also eat slower. It gives you body time to tell your brain you're getting full.

I put 1.5 lbs back on! In my defence it was my lads birthday last weekend so three lots of eating out plus cake don't help!

Impressive guys. I usually lose 3-4lbs a week. Healthy eating, no booze, stairs at work (100 steps about 6-8 times a day), then I hit weekend, beer eating crap, piling it all back on...no willpower

Had a bad week this week I am back were I started
Me and the wife had a weeks holiday and we booked a hot tub holiday at the lakes, this resulted in drinking loads of beer wines and spirits lounging around in the tub, add this to eating out and pub lunches with very little excersise in between,we also stopped off on the way for some provisions as its not like when your at home and can just raid the cupboards if you get hungry.
This resulted in me filling a trolly with crap stuff peanuts, crisps, ginsters pastys, cake, chocolate etc and much to the annoyance of the wife I tried to justify it by saying but we are on Holiday
All this resulted in me putting on 4lb this week so after losing a lb every week for the last 4 weeks its all back on as I am at 14s 7lbs right back were I started.
I know I have only got myself to blame with my lack of willpower but I am back to work next week and back to healthy eating.to start all over from the beginning again

Don't worry about it. You've proven to yourself that you can lose weight, so get back on it and you'll be fine. Holidays are there to be enjoyed, if you go up not down then so be it.
