    Chelsea Cruise photos - 1978/79?

Me dad was having a bit of a clear out the other day, and showed me some pics i'd completely forgotten about! Him and my godfather (John Noyse) took them at the chelsea cruise some years ago, but he's not totally sure exactly when. Would be great to hear from anyone who knows of the existence of any cars they recognise (Sorry bry, i think we all recognise Henry! ) Hope these are of some interest to someone!

Excellent photos, thanks for posting. The Super Snake Mustang was a genuine GT350 Shelby & belonged to John Greenslade, his wife Jan had a Mk2 Capri called What's Hot & had a similar Phil Ritchie applied fade paint job. The Mach 1 with the registration 9993DN was called Deep Throttle. The black FA wagon went on to become Sweet FA. Kev Pillings '32 3 window with the Y BE 1 plate is now owned by Keith Abrehart snr. Is the top photo of Blue Moon? Can't be certain, but I think the white Camaro with the wild paint may have had a connection with Sue[?] Coles Hellzapoppin' drag altered, looks familiar.

I'm wondering if the photos were taken at one of Capital Radio's help a London Child cruises held in the park, I was standing just to the right of your Dad when he took the photo of Henry as I've got one from virtually the same spot, I only ever saw the Capital VW tranny van at their cruises, used to be held over Easter if I remember rightly.
How'd the weekend go? Well, at the moment it looks like a dolphin that's been caught in a boats propeller.
