    Are all imports ULEZ exempt

Been looking at a recent VW Diesel motorhome import from Holland itís 22yrs old . Checking the ULEZ sites it comes up as compliant , Iíve had other imports that are similar . Iíve had a 03 plate Middle East diesel import before that was also ok .
Are all imports compliant if the V5 says emissions 0 Kgm ?
Is it all too complicated for TFL

My diesel F350 is ok for the LEZ but not the ULEZ, imported in 2000, no emissions data on V5C.

i had a customer who couldn't drive his ldv in london anymore as the transit di engine it came with wasn't allowed due to emmissions. his 68 f250 was very juicy so i fitted the di engine into the f250 and he now has an economical f250 that's allowed into london. it's crazy, a guy i know who drove a discovery diesel 'van' (panelled windows and no back seats) into london for work had to sell it and buy a discovery diesel 'car' as it was allowed into london.
    neil.
need a job done on your project? i may be able to help.

Any import under 10 years would need IVA test and proof of emissions.

Anything since 2001 would have emmisions output on book as declared by manufacturer.

Anything older than that should have been left blank when registered.

As the Government is about to bring out Green plates for 0 emissions I should imagine it will be altered as part of that ??
