    would it be prudent to add a line to explain that most home builds and enthusiast vehicles of all categories are used on an infrequent basis , generally not as daily drivers and mostly outwith built up areas and for limited miles when the weather permits.. It would also be usefull to consider that not every homebuilt ca is being used at the same time and therefore the effect of them on the environment would not even be measurable .. ??

    I know what you mean Ian, but I'd worry about giving them any pointers towards limited mileage or restricted use as they may try to implement something along those lines as a trade off.

    I have sent my letter to mp, jesse norman, andy macdonald and the original [email protected] email mentioned.

    Do I have to do smart survey on facebook group....seems like a lot of questions i can’t get motivated to comment on.
