Hi Kev. URGENT knowledge problem. I've just been to sort the tank for my T and as I explained the drawing to my mate one of his fellow workers coughed up this thought. He says my petrol outlets MUST come out of the top of the tank. Reason being if a pipe gets snagged and ripped off that way the petrol can't pour out of the tank. Is this right? MUST I change my design?

    How are you keeping mate.
With the exchange rate and what i got for my hiboy i'm guessing both cars are too much for me but still enjoy dreaming.
I am on the lookout for something special but wife,3 kids etc take priority with my wages. If you have a minute i am interested to know what has changed. I'm guessing inspections and Q plates or similar. I was lucky to get the wescott 32 DVLA 1932 paperwork and that made all the difference. A Q plate would not have been right on that car. Did you ever see any pictures of it ,it really was nice. I regret selling it as i have now resorted my finances and probably could have kept it with hindsight.
    Always enjoy your posts
    Best
    Neil
