the transformation of the cortina to v8

    Hi everyone
My name is Ian Walley and i used to have a Cortina
    mk2 v6 twin turbo 4x4 with nitrous.
after running in NSCC for a few years it was deemed a change of order for the Tina.
A v8 was fitted full tube chassis, big single turbo, powerglide, for the rebirth of it.
over the last 6 years i have just pottered away at it keeping myself to myself and after going through hell in 2007 with some knob setting fire to my truck destroying all but the engine from the tina as all the parts were in the back in dry storage and a health scare which gave me a big wake up call, its taken 3 years to recover from it and i appriciate the help and support everyone has given me and the car in hands on and advice thanks.

the good news is that the cortina lives , there is some videos out there of the engine running but i have some i will link to later
next milestone is for it to move under its own power.
powerglide going to Rus on Sat so shouldnt be too long before its back where it belongs with all its propper friends.
    Ian.

this is the video off i phone but the sound is awful but i will have a better one later

Professor pat pending is in the house !!!
welcome to the site Ian, i can't wait to see the old 'tina in action again, it's been far too long.
(for those who dont know Ian, his mk II cortina was powered by a ford v6 with 4 wheel drive, it progressed to the point where it was 4 litre, twin turbo, supercharged, nitroused, water injected, twin intercooled, fuel injected and methanol injected.......all at the same time, and retaining a 4 wheel drive system !!!)
I KNOW WHERE YOU LIVE,AND SO DOES CHUCK!
