    parcels2 go warning

    Hi all, I use parcels to go quite a lot and find their service excellent but make sure you read their rules. I sold a antique wall clock on ebay that cost me 400 ten years ago when antiques were worth money. It sold on Ebay for 37.I sent it via parcels to go and DHL smashed it to bits. With most items sent with parcels 2go you get a automatic insurance of 50 so I thought this covers my lay out easily at 47 with shipping.
    Parcels 2 go say they don't insure clocks so I have had to give a full refund to the buyer. My thought I should have read the small print, their reply below, I have too much on to fight it.

    Please be advised that unfortunately 'clock' is on our list of no compensation items so you would be unable to claim for the damage to this item. You will have been notified of this during the booking process.
