    Very interesting, I hope to start on a garage of my own soon, my only garage ever has been a rented single lock up with barely enough room to squeeze out of the car. L may have missed this in the general build , but what is the floor area of the garage?

    hi thanks for the comments.. your right its not my trade.. butcher from leaving school for 15yrs, and 20yrs and counting as a postman!! to be honest its not a lot different than the last pic's, ive put some plaster boards on the walls and added a ring main.. but as soon as it got useable as a workshop thats what i did.. now the pops finished i need to get back and finish things off

    Ian. I've just found this incredible build. I'm presuming none of the work you've done is your normal trade, and given that, you have put many a tradesman to shame. Well done. It's fantastic and I bet you're very proud. Would you please post some recent piccies. The suspense is killing me.
