    I do have a picture of it 'somewhere'. It WAS a 3 and 3 reg like you quote but I thought it was on a Portsmouth reg...OPO seems to ring a bell.

    You are probably messaging Buffalo Bill on the NSRA site as well.
    The car Reg is NLO96K currently registered as Maroon and a 1500cc engine. It’s not that colour now and does not have that engine. Thanks for all your help.

    The one I'm thinking of has a old K plate reg and was in the Isle of Mann last I heard of it . Jag rear , wide straight tube front end. This one was initially built with all Anglia running gear in 1971 ( as were most T's back then ) and then upgraded and reregistred as new in '73. In it's day it had superwide low profile racing Dunlop wets on it ( with not for road use sanded off! LOL )

    Most probably pink flake, not sure about the engine s it has now got an Essex.
    Do you know anything. Apparently built for the exhibition but the guy who has it now lost pics, i am buying it from hi but would love to collate the history on it.
