    re the pcv, the fumes go through the pcv to the inlet. clean air is drawn in through the other side breather.

    It goes to the large port in the baseplate of the carb.

    if you mean the pcv then holley carbs usually have a larger pipe sticking out either under the rear float bowl or out the side under the vacuum secondary diaphram housing. that'll do it or fit a vacuum fitting in place of one or the bungs in the inlet (they normally have at least 1 or 2 going into the intake runners/plenum).

    Where would I plumb it (other than into the air filter) only seeing a fitting for the servo

    yep he'd lose a little power but if that was a concern he'd have a small block ford or chevy i guess not a rover. a pcv valve in one valve cover grommet fed to manifold vacuum and either the existing breather or a piped one to the air filter base in the other. the pcv will let the motor suck the oily fumes in and burn them and the other side will draw in clean air to the crank case vacuum. if the motor's really breathy the 2nd piped breather to the air filter may be best. good luck, neil.

    Don't plumb to the carb , it saves the environment at the expense of power. You could plumb both to a catch can on install a pan evac kit to the exhaust manifold

    V8 breather pipe

    My rover motor has those chrome breather caps on each valve cover. I'm getting s fair bit of oil mist coming out of them. Should I run these into a container of some sort or should one or both be plumbed back into the intake? Can't see anywhere to plumb them in, running a 390 Holley on an offy intake
