Welded tubes to strengthen the frame, and made braket plates for wishbone rear mounting points

So, started stripping truck for front suspension swap. Took whole front for better acces to frame.

engine out, its one big heavy engine

New suspension is in, all centered and straight. Now left to bolt it in and box the frame. Bad news is that engine doesnt fit.. oil sump hitting frame, so ordered rear oil sump.

Had some R18 wheels, they are 8j front 9,5j rear, 5x114,3. But my truck has 5x139,7 bolt pattern, so had to buy adapters. Tyres are 285/50 in rear and 235/45 in front. They will work for the moment, but planning to buy 20'' rims, or 19'' in front and 20'' in rear.

As well got mine 5'' brake booster, master cylinder, proportion valves, rear coilover mounts, other small bits and bobs like front park lights, locks for bend.. And the biggest and most important part yet, front suspension It is from 2009 Lincoln town car, whole setup, power steering, 13'' brakes.

    61' f100 unibody project

Hi everyone, here is mine 1961 ford f100 unibody (cab and bed is one unit).Kinda rare, they were in production only for two years 1961-1963.
Body has no rust, roof is chopped 
Engine: ford 460 cu in big block, ported heads, hi compression pistons, aftermarket camshaft, intake and exhaust collectors, edelbrock carb. Really powerfull engine
Also transmission is built it is 3 speed c6, 9" ford rear axle with 4.10 gear ratio ( very bad in motorway)

Anyway plans are to upgrade suspension and brakes. Planning to put Lincold town car front suspension and coilovers at the back.
