    390 cfm

    Carb is still a 4150

    Idle adjust screws won't make so much difference....check the open position of the secondary throttle blades

    the car runs sweet with it on and vac hose plugged it just idles too high at 2000 rpm, I have not tried adjusting the mixture screws yet so that may bring it down a bit... im just concerned about plugging the advance hose.

    Hi when i bought it i was told it was a 390 when it arrived on the side it says holley 4150. When i asked the seller about vac ports he said to advance timing by 2 degrees and blank off the dizzy vac hose.

    The diameter of the throttle blades suggests its a 600 or even a 390. A photo of the numbers on the side of the main body would help identify it.

    I wouldn't bother for PCV, just vent direct to atmosphere through a little filter but for the dizzy vac thats fine unless he needs ported for say a big overlap high duration cam.....without engine specs this is a shot in the dark really

    My engine runs pure mechanical on the street and its fine like that, his might be the same if he can adjust the distributor, high initial advance with a quick curve and low mechanical advance so say 20 at idle with 32 all in at 2500

    OP needs to 'tap' out inlet manifold and fit a vacumn connection. All manifolds will have a 'boss' cast in to the inlet specifically for just this. He can then use it for pcv and dizzy vacumn.
