I seem to remember that it had steel liners and was then bored out
When you say it had a gas flowed head and Tripple Webbers do you mean it had the side draght carbs? That was usually done with the Raymond Mays six port heads and depending on who you listened to gave around 200 bhp. If it was 3.3 litre it may have been stroked because I wouldn't have thought there was space or bore one out much more.
