forgot to add this weeks update or should i say same old same old. no change again. i'm not putting any back on is the positive outlook. neil.
still no change, must try harder.
Stayed the same this week, but in my defensive I had to collect 2 explorer axles from Somerset and Devon. we stayed out Saturday night and did some shopping in trago mills sunday so the diet went out the window all weekend. Neil.
Not as bad as I feared, only 2lbs gained which for almost a week of eating crap isn't too bad.
Oh dear! Burgers, fries and deep fried pizzas for a long weekend! Try Movicol in your breakfast tea - keep things moving on! I'm knocking up a cauldron of enhanced cabbage soup - plus lots more veg, beens n spices (no meat). Making enough to prevent eating stodge at work and big tortillas at night during the week
Result, 3lbs off which takes me under 16 stone for the first time in about 5 years! The drawback now is I'm off to the NEC this evening for the classic car show with work. So the diet will be out the window until we get back next week, doh!
2 steps forward, 1 step back. Put 2lbs back on this week, doh!
