Apparently it was a "tip-off" from a member of the public, (no doubt hoping for his £10k crime stoppers award) I wouldn't call that reasonable grounds; in another report I heard yesterday, a police spokesman said there may not have been any drones at all! conflicting slightly with the (earlier) "a damaged drone has been recovered, and is being examined" report, you can see how all this ****** and misinformation leads to conspiracy theories...... complete and utter cock-up.

When he was arrested his boss said it couldn't have been him because he was at work whilst it was all going on - apparently nobody listened . . .
