    When I put a Pertronix electronic ignition and coil on my 350 I read that you could increase the gap by up to 10 thou but I went half way and gapped them at .40

    49 chevy styleline plug gap,with elec ign fitted

    my original spark plug gap should be .35, but i was told it needs to be wider since i fitted elec ignition, what should i set it to? engine is a 216, btw, i have a flamethrower coil, and its on 12v
