    I would imagine so, its ran by a guy called Paul Garbutt he has final say on whats allowed it has a cut off date but if he likes it and its in the theame he is going for its in. As with most things now it mostly done on facebook, some lads came from Belgium last year and i doubt many of the bikes are on the road

    Its a full speed demonstration of what 1/8th mile drag racing would look like on Bridlington beach, flag start no times. Hotrods, vintage bikes and cars not many rules or restrictions other than vehicle age.
    there is a car show on the prom and a steampunk event on at the same time. plenty of vids on youtube etc

    Race the Waves

    Held on Bridlington beach. This year sees the third Race the waves event will be held on May 8th 9th and 10th. Although entry is now closed this is an incredible spectator event
