    Agreed, its nice when a bracket looks like its been thought about and designed to fit rather than looking like it was a handy off-cut that was lying around within easy reach.

    Made that mistake on my 27T ( it was 20 years back though, we all learn , and STILL not finished it! ) . Takes at least 4 ,preferably 6 people to lift my 2 seater glassfibre body , still it'll plant it well on the road .

    yes id up to 3mm for that.
    the framework on this is purely to tin to and to stop the body flexing while i do it.

    chassis on this is a mixture of 3mm and 2mm wall thickness
