    Did you solve this problem, or are you still asking? We use a scotch glue called Scotchweld 9323, mix it by weight. If it will stick an aircraft together, I think it will do for a car. Let me know and we can talk more?
    The join on this is often so strong that when we do shear tests to check if the bond is good, the metal will tear before the glue fails!!

    What to use ? needs to bond two ally panels together without making the join too thick ?
