Standard Guide 1:18 Scale Die-Cast Cars by Merry Dudley

Published by Krause Publications, the publishers of Toy Cars & Models Magazine, this is the definitive catalogue of 1:18th scale diecast cars. It covers all the major manufacturers and many of the less well known ones. Although published in 2003 it is still a very useful and relevant guide to what was available back in the golden age of large scale model collecting, ie. the mid-1990s to the early 2000s. Remarkably little new tooling has been released since then, only repaints of existing models, so this book will be an invaluable tool for collectors of 1:18th scale models to see what was available when trawling eBay and the like for additions to your collection. The book consists of about 250 pages in full colour and as it's an American publication provides details of manufacturers and dealers of diecast models in the States and overseas. Very useful! Price: £8.50 plus £4.50 postage.

Both books are in mint condition, having been stored on a bookshelf out of direct sunlight since new. They come from a smoke free and pet free household.
