    83/4 mopar axle pumpkin needed.
As it says. I have new 4.11 gears and a spool for it, so damage to CW & Pinion not a problem.

Posted for a friend, let me know what you have and I will pass on his details.

    Hi Stilltrying.
Its not a DIY job fitting gears into an 8 3/4 diff.
Secondly there are three different types of Mopar 8-3/4 diff's, 742 and 741 which are pre 1969 and the more common 489 for 1970 onwards cars.
So firstly you will need to find out what gears they are, for which diff?
If they have a tapered shaft then its the 489 which uses a crush sleeve.
Fat centre section is the 742 with spacers.
Thin centre section is the 741 with spacers and no good for racing...

I know a guy in Ottershaw called 'Cardiff Axles', he is a Mopar specialist.
    Best wishes from Jon

    Hi Jon,
Thanks for the information, I will pass it on and make sure he knows what he has before committing to anything.

    Hi Stilltrying,
My mate at Cardiff-axles has several diffs in stock and will gladly fit your gears for him.
He can supply ready built Mopar diffs with factory-lockers and true-tracs etc.
    John
