    i think its 2 1/4 rather than 2.5 - bearing to flange

    maybe bronco

    I know you need 5.5 pcd, but I have the longer 28 spline shaft from an 8” Mustang axle if that’s any use.

    i think I am going to need a 61'' wide 57 ford f100 axle
    must be centred case
    11 x 1 3/4'' brakes
    take 120mm from the long one
    switch shafts
    remove 60mm per side from case

    got 56.5'' 4.5'' shafts from a maverick to swap
    have a 9'' 71 stang case - cut
    and two pairs of small bearing housings

    or
    I have a 56 f100 dnan 44 - 19 splines, havn't taken a shaft out yet, but IF they can be resplined 2 inches per side - I hope so, anyone have the hobbing cutter?
