    20/60 oil

Hi, I am running an injection 3.9 V8 rover engine in my 32 coupe. At the moment I an running it on Valvelene 15/50 but was wondering if the would be any problems or advantages on running it on 20/60 300V LE MANS as these engines tend to run a bit hot at times and keeping the oil as thick as possible might be benifitial in keeping the oil pressure up.

    Ace.

high oil pressure doesn't nessesarily mean good lubrication. You need a reasonable pressure but the correct grade of oil for the type of motor and the conditions it'll be run in is essential. For a Rover a good 20/50 semi should be fine.
