How much HP you going to put through it? If its less than a Thousand, forget it...(even then, ladder bars will handle that)
Would be more helpfull if I knew what car and susp set up its got, weight, coil or leaf???

..or perhaps its a "new" build and you 'aint got anything yet?

Ah, my bad, I assumed it was a Drag car!! LOL!
An 8" (8.8?) Fraud axle comes with its own factory 4link (sort of) would it have had this? -or a "REAL" 4-link? -- like a racecar?

Truck could have been built by a "lunatic" who believed it MUST have a 4-link---to cruise round a showfield!!.

Dont confuse a "factory" 4-link with a "real" one, there is a HUGE difference

----then...to confuse you a bit more, you can buy upper and lower adjustables for the ..wait for it..."factory" 4-link!!! WTF!

What im trying to say is, could you take the complete rear suspension off a Fox body Mustang and roll it under youre truck , put all the stock mounting bolts etc in and drive it off?

Jeff who ? , if it's just 4 bars you want to joint chassis and axle together , that's not hard as long as every thing lines up correct mate

So glad to see the positivity classes went well Roadrunner. The bloke said he's got an 8" so why wonder if it's an 8.8? I've never seen an 8" fitted with factory 4 bar. You probably thought he was building a drag car from the sentence that says he's new to building Hot Rods.

~86~ I know the car you're getting, saw it at Waynes a few times, it'll be killer when it's finished. It'd be best to ask Wayne to list what he built the car with & what's missing now & go from there. I'm sure if the 4 bars themselves are missing Wayne would make you some new ones.

Get the car home & a list of what you need then ask again, most are very knowledgeable & helpful on here so you'll be fine. Good luck.
How'd the weekend go? Well, at the moment it looks like a dolphin that's been caught in a boats propeller.
