    85 z28 fuel problem

hopefully someone can help , i have an 85 305 tpi z28 , the cooling fan didnt cut in and it got hot and cut out, but now it wont start due to no fuel getting to the injectors , it runs on easy start , and sounds ok , its been perfect up to now , the problem is made worse by the fact my mate was driving at the time and the car is now 100miles away from me , does any one know why the engine overheating should cut the fuel supply , any suggestions most welcome , thanks in advance

What ever you try- DO NOT use easy start!! It will break your rings.

Have you checked fuel pump fuse?
