    iv got a moon gauge and sender in my devon, it has needle display but is programed on the back, how about getting your own spedo working then get somone to drive the side off you make notes off your speed then have your speedo renumbered in the original sytle, i like things looking fairly stock but that may not be your thing

    Iv,e used speedy cables for my truck, they are very good.My sender is mounted on the gearbox output shaft and picks up the bolt heads.

    are the digital speedos with magnetic pickup easy to calibrate to your own individual tyres size ? obviously there are many different tyre heights out there so i was curious to see if you can do it yourself ?

    The digital speedo that i have can be programmed for any axle ratio and any tyre size,its very easy.Look at speedy cables website and all the information is there.

    I've used a Hall effect sensor on the ABS ring on my front hub and a Auto Meter Ford Racing electronic speedo which has auto calibration, it dosn't mater what ratios or tyre size you use you just drive a measured two miles and it's done.
