    Anyone narrowed an MGB axle

I'm just at the planning stage of my next project.
Engine will be 2.0 Zetec, I was considering using MGB front and rear axles.
Narrowing the front should simply be cutting out of front crossmember?
What about narrowing the rear axle, anyone done this or know who to ask?
Thinking of using MGB wire wheels too.
I may live in East London, I may have a number plate that reads "Chopt", but I do NOT use 6" wheel spacers!

wire wheel mgb axle is different to a disc wheel axle
if you narrow the front clip you will need to either narrow the rack or find 1 that is compatible
at least dick turpin had the decency to wear a mask!

Isn't the rear axle a semi-floating one, with just a flange at the hub end sandwiched between the hub and carrier? At least early ones?
    Screw EU

    Didn’t Perry (mgbv8 ? ) on here, graft a complete 9” Ford inside a mgb axle ?
