compact simple water fed heater ?

    Hi all

I was going to buy a old style mini heater , however they seem to fetch silly money on Ebay and would probably need re-coring adding to the price ?

So I wondered if anyone had fitted one of these ?

    or

I am not looking for more than 2 outlets and not fussed whether I get more than 1 fan speed ?

Some look to have ' PC ' type fans in them ?

    Anything better out there ?

    regards Paul

    Mmmm, that's interesting!
I disconnected my Mini heater from water and just use fan but still have a hulking great box in the passenger footwell.
Who needs a heater, I'll just remove the header wrap

    Hi all

Car will have no windscreen and so no need for demisters ...

However it will have a gaping cockpit hole that needs heating , probably most of the time it is being driven ?

thanks for the offer of the mini one , I am still drawn to a ' new ' one from Ebay fingers crossed they don't leak hence asking on here if anyone has used them ?

you could mount a decent sized heater in the 'box' under the front seat and duct it onto the back of your shins (and into the rear footwell if you're having one). at least all the ugly is out of sight.
    neil.
