    from memory the latch only has 2 wires but 1 is earth, I thought I had a spare from one I scrapped but cant find it, all I can find is the motor mechanism, that's got loads of wires to it as has lots of sensors and micro switches so it doesn't overtravel etc.

    With the solenoid from Mattblack, and an MX5 lock mechanism, it seems a relatively easy job to fit my lock
