    hi everyone

just wondering what ford beam axles have a suspension set up like on this T :

basically with trailing arms and coil springs and dampers that can also handle V8 power

    thanks in advance

    Re: ford axles

Nothing is the short answer.......if you are looking to build a T now , you need to look at sites like Total Performance or Speedway Motors to get front ends that are suitable .....you may get lucky and fall over some old Jago stuff or similar....

It may or may not be of interest , but a friend/customer of mine has a 23 T body for sale and the beginnings of a chassis....its the basic chassis , kickup etc. with a HA Viva front clip welded in the front to accept an independent set up.....it would work for a budget ride or you could easily adapt the front to accept a suicide perch for a beam axle....the rear has no bracketry as of yet , so rear axle is open to suggestions !

    It'll be cheap.....

    Re: ford axles

    hi thanks for the reply

i think pop brown has a rear axle/chassis kit,

thanks for the heads up with your mates T for sale, but iv found a T project very nearby home almost complete that just needs stripping and going over/ cleaning up, and putting back together and finishing, im picking it up sunday and was cheap for an almost complete project

iv been meaning to ask you gary actually, how much different in width are 32 roadster and model T dashes thinking of possibly putting a 32 dash in the T if it goes as theyre quite neat looking but really i want to do something different so not sure yet just still in the thinking process

    thanks
