    Fuel cell distortion

Hi all, I recently fitted a 16 gallon fuel cell to my car and have noticed that the top has distorted inwards by about 1" in the centre. Has anyone else experienced this and if so how did you remedy it? It doesn't affect the performance of the tank but looks as though the straps are loose and I think alters the sender unit.
    Cheers, Ron.

And I heard a voice in the midst of the four beasts, And I looked and behold: a pale horse. And his name, that sat on him, was Death. And Hell followed with him.

Hi satan, yep, forgot to say that the tank is vented.

Yep they all seem to do that for some reason. I have a Summit 16 gallon tank with sender (sounds like the same as yours?). I have a -10 vent so it's not that being the issue. The previous 8 gallon cell did the same thing to an extent.
