    Fuel pressure regulator

Im running a Holley blue pump and holley reg which is adjusted to 5psi (wot) but occasionly the pressure seems to spike to 9 thus causing it to push past the floats and actually over flow over the top of the carb

both the pump and reg were new when fitted but im wondering whether to replace with a supply and demand electric pump or go for a std chevy mech pump or even just replace the regulator

    Ant idea's or reconmendation's

(need it to have 10mm tails for fuel hose)

Sounds like your reg is fooked, strip it and have a look to see if there is anything immediately wrong. If it's overflowing by that much then you stand a chance of hydraulically locking your motor anf wrecking it :-(
